Dealer was ok, but thought we had a deal worked out with set numbers and then wouldn't you know as soon as I get to the finance manager here comes ther hidden cost! The last time i shopped for a Kia was about 4 years ago, and i wish i could tell you how close i came to never shopping Kia again. I felt pressured, and that the sales person simply was not listening to me and i wish i could tell you how close i came to never shopping Kia again. I felt pressured, and that the sales person simply was not listening to me, and my budget needs. I took another chance now that Kia Rivergate has moved and seems to have (mostly) new personnel. I was greeted by David Beasley, and i'm not even sure of how to describe the positive experience i had with this man. From the outset, David listened to me, tried beyond even REASON to accomodate me, and worked WITH me and not FOR HIMSELF. In my own line of work, i observe a lot of customer service, both very good and very bad. And frankly, i don't know that i have seen a BETTER example of superior customer service than Mr. Beasley. Again, in my business we value an associate like Mr. Beasley to the highest degree, and i hope you will do the same. Trust me.....he's one in about a million!
