The camshaft sensor was replaced and my car is starting up beautifully. Tom pointed out that my coolant was very low but didn't see a leak. He topped it off for me and offered to keep an eye on it in case there is a bigger problem. I have a tight schedule and find it difficult to make appointments. It never fails that any of the Kia dealers I go to manage to fit me in and always let me know what to expect from my next visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful in assisting us in selecting our new vehicle. It would have been nice to have a larger selction of Fortes; however, I know that this is the end of the 2011 season a in selecting our new vehicle. It would have been nice to have a larger selction of Fortes; however, I know that this is the end of the 2011 season and you are awaiting the arrivals of 2012 models, so we understand the "slim pickins". It would have been a greater experience if the dealership provided FREE soft drinks rather than having the customers purchase them. I am sure that the cost of two soft drinks can easily be made up in the sales price of a new vehicle. It would also have been a greater experience had the salesperson actually walked through the owner's guide and other documetation items on the Customer Vehicle Delivery Worksheet as well as the maintenance requirements, provided tours of the service and parts departments, and completed the First Plede review. The only part of our experience we found unpleasant was the long wait (to us, anyway) from the time we selected our car to the time we saw the finance manager to finalize the transaction. More

My Sales Guy, Dallas was AWESOME! Very easy to work with. Dallas Quoted me a price of $14702 for the car that I purchased. The paperwork stated 15xxxx. I had a trade in and they took the 1000.00 off with. Dallas Quoted me a price of $14702 for the car that I purchased. The paperwork stated 15xxxx. I had a trade in and they took the 1000.00 off the 15xxx price instead of the 14702.00. I am not sure if this was a financing tool but it is misleading. More
