When my car overheated the dealership Service Department was fast and gave me good advice on having my car towed into the dealership. The damage done was pretty substantial and they explained it all to me, was fast and gave me good advice on having my car towed into the dealership. It was very expensive, but it's a new model and needed it. I know the Service Manager and trust him and his team. They have been great. More

The dealership charged me for $155 for a rear differential fluid change with only 8000 miles on it. So much for a complimentary oil change.
