I was recommended to replace the power steering pump. The rep said she would give some discount on the charge. Everything was good cept the lady that told me I didn’t have an appt cuz I booked online and they didn’t want me to wait in the waiting room. If you offer an online booking option then those customers shou have an appt cuz I booked online and they didn’t want me to wait in the waiting room.
