Made an appointment for an oil change and specifically told the service person I would be waiting and was she sure that this was a good time for me since I would be waiting. Arrived for the appointment o told the service person I would be waiting and was she sure that this was a good time for me since I would be waiting. Arrived for the appointment on time and told the service person again, I would be waiting. Approximately 1 hour after my appointment my vehicle was moved from the spot I parked it in to be serviced. I am not sure why an appointment was needed because I do not feel that it makes a difference if I have an appointment or not. This is not the first time that this has happened for what I consider a simple service (oil change). Obviously the procedures have been changed and your vehicle is serviced whenever they get to it no matter if you have an appointment or walk in without an appointment. I have bought many vehicles at Greg May Honda in the past years and I am very disappointed in the service department the last few times I have visited. Those will appointments should be serviced quicker. More
