When my new car, with 1000 miles on it, wouldn’t start, I called Paul Ash, who came over immediately and took it back to the dealership, leaving a loaner for me.. This was about 9 AM. At 11 AM, Paul brought called Paul Ash, who came over immediately and took it back to the dealership, leaving a loaner for me.. This was about 9 AM. At 11 AM, Paul brought my car back to my house and said the battery had to be replaced, which surprised me because it’s a new car. It appears that the service man checked everything else out, and it appears to be in good shape. Thank you for handling this so promptly and getting the car back to me quickly. More

JR and Dalton handled things well but John was somewhat brusk and pushed to sell the extended warranty, seemingly tying it to the interest rate on the car loan.
