Service for these two recalls was excellent when I called for an appointment and brought my vehicle in. Unfortunately I first attempted to contact the service dept by email and was ignored. I then sent a for an appointment and brought my vehicle in. Unfortunately I first attempted to contact the service dept by email and was ignored. I then sent an email to my 1st salesman for help and was also ignored. Then I sent email to my 2nd salesman and was also ignored. Apparently this dealership doesn't answer emails after the sale. (However my emails were answered for new sales inquiries.) Conclusion: My first experience with the service dept was poor via email but excellent via phone and in person. More

I had a Hyundai Santa Fe that I loved however I was not treated well at all. I stopped by Honda just to look. I was treated with kindness and respect by both Lawrence and John. Even though the CRV is small treated well at all. I stopped by Honda just to look. I was treated with kindness and respect by both Lawrence and John.
