After my car was totaled, the dealership helped me find my new car. I had visited 4 other local dealerships, but they didn't have the model I needed and they were not willing to provide a loaner to me to my new car. I had visited 4 other local dealerships, but they didn't have the model I needed and they were not willing to provide a loaner to me to wait for potential delivery from out of town dealerships. Did not perform service I paid for- this is the 2nd time this has happened at this dealership. I paid to have routine maintenance and tires rotated and the past two service visits they attempted to hand th this has happened at this dealership. I paid to have routine maintenance and tires rotated and the past two service visits they attempted to hand the car off to me without rotating the tires. Unbeknownst to them, I know the markings on the wheels and always check before leaving the dealership. I understand this could happen once, but twice! Looks like an intentional miss for this dealers service department. Lots of money to be made for no service if this is routine for them. Very disappointing since this is the only Honda dealer within 50 miles. More
