The “as is” used car they sold me for my 16 year old son is absolute trash and has been nothing but problems from the day we brought it home… The sales man was friendly, however the service department is co is absolute trash and has been nothing but problems from the day we brought it home… The sales man was friendly, however the service department is completely incompetent and take entirely too long to look into problems with a vehicle we purchased from their dealership… The VW dealership has found the problems I reported in a few hours. Greg May took 10 days to report no problems… I guess there’s no honor amongst car dealerships or salesman, you would think a used car would be thoroughly inspected before sale, however they apparently just wanted to flip this car and make a profit… The vehicle I purchased from them has spent more time in their service department then in my or my sons care and custody… I would never recommend this dealership to anyone for anything again. They are apparently shysters and/or completely incompetent and untrustworthy… Very unhappy with the whole experience… I feel like I was scammed!!! I shouldn’t have trusted this dealership to do the right thing. Oh, this car is currently at the VW dealership to be fixed because Greg May was too incompetent or lazy to care about it… Greg May did sell me new tires and lost my locking lug in the process… They are all about profit, zero customer service… This is my first bad review and experience with a vehicle purchase in my 44 years of life… It’s that bad of experience!!! My son bought a used vehicle from them and I co signed the loan. When I had questions about the sale document I called and had to leave a message. No one has called me back. I have purchased over 100 vehicles of all sizes from class 8 trucks to salesmen cars and I have never paid a dealer a fee to fill out paperwork to sell me the vehicle. That would be like paying a grocery store a fee to give me a receipt for my groceries! Really. There were other fees tacked on as well just to do their job. They also charged sales tax but didn't state which state they were collecting the tax for? My son needs to register the vehicle in Az. and should pay only Az tax as he is taking delivery of the vehicle in Az. How will he prove to the DMV that he has paid the Az tax if it doesn't say that on the invoice? Very disappointing. More
