I came to the service department frustrated by ongoing issues with my vehicle and attempts to repair with independent mechanics. By the time I finally went to the dealership it had been in for repairs on issues with my vehicle and attempts to repair with independent mechanics. By the time I finally went to the dealership it had been in for repairs on five different occasions (for the same issue). The service team at Greg May were not only able to quickly diagnose the issue, they explained everything to us in a helpful way. They were friendly and knowledgeable. It ended up being an issue related to an extended warranty bulletin from Honda, so it was not only resolved, it was resolved at no cost to us! Thankful we finally made it to the dealership. More

The shuttle service makes it convenient to drop my vehicle and return to work while maintenance gets completed. After my car was totaled, the dealership helped me find my new car. I had visited 4 other local dealerships, but they didn't have the model I needed and they were not willing to provide a loaner to me to my new car.
