When you make a deal over the telephone and internet and then drive two hours to actually test drive the car, you can't help but think in the back of When you make a deal over the telephone and internet and then drive two hours to actually test drive the car, you can't help but think in the back of your mind, I wonder if the dealer is going to play games with me - lower the value of my trade from our phone dealings, etc. The dealership actually made a mistake and offered me more for my trade than they should have but they stood by the deal made over the phone and we consummated a transaction! I'm a happy camper and would do business with these guys again! More

Where's My Car? I bought the car sight unseen. Car wasn't there the morning I arrived to buy it. Was told a member of the owner's family had it somewhere. I was as I bought the car sight unseen. Car wasn't there the morning I arrived to buy it. Was told a member of the owner's family had it somewhere. I was asked and signed paper saying I was buying the car "as is". I signed it but thinking back that was stupid of me! Car was supposed to be detailed but when it was delivered I was told the "detail man" did not work that day but I could bring it back and I would get a free detail. It's a nice car, just wish it had been detailed before I got it. Now I have to plan a day when I won't have a car to get it detailed. Might have been better if I had waited another few days before it was delivered. More
