Brought my vehicle in for service, told me might take a while so caught the shuttle home and less than 2 hrs later got a call that my vehicle was done Mr Bracken was nice and courteous as always. Brought my 2013 Honda Civic to Greg May Honda for a recall for the airbag on July 15, 2024. I was assured that there would be no cost since the error light came on for the technician and it was under recall for the airbag on July 15, 2024. I was assured that there would be no cost since the error light came on for the technician and it was under a recall notice that Honda repeatedly sent to me by mail. Not only did it take 4 days for Honda to figure out the issue, but when we got our care back on July 19, 2024, we were charged a $170 diagnostic fee because they said the check airbag light was for the drivers side not the passengers side. Only the passenger side was covered under warranty. Yet there is no way to tell which side it is for when you see which side the error was for when the light came on. If I had been told there was a chance this wouldn't be covered, I would've never left my car there for 4 days and paid to rent a car during that time. This is very deceptive business practice and absolutely should not have taken 4 days to determine which side the issue was on. I have been a loyal Honda customer for years and am getting ready to give this Honda Civic to my daughter for her first car and buy myself a new car. I was actually planning to buy a new car from Greg May Honda this fall and now am not sure I will if this is how Honda treats customers. More

We purchased a vehicle that was advertised as an “1 Owner - Local Trade” only to find out after we signed the papers that it was a fleet vehicle from California and was purchased at an auction. We were only offered a vehicle report after we signed the papers….many dealerships provide them for free on their website. Even when I questioned it, I was given a very lame excuse about “the person who enters the information on the made a mistake”. After reading through these reviews, I’m noticing that Greg May Honda is responding to the reviews and providing a contact number so that they can “turn your experience into a positive one”, which makes me wonder, when I mentioned the details of the vehicle report, why something wasn’t done then to turn my experience into a positive one. After all, I’m sitting in your dealership making mental notes of my experience, I bring to your attention something that I have a problem with…false advertisement…yet no one thought to want to make it right at that point. I’ve called the number and I’m waiting on a call back because I am curious what you can do to turn that experience into a positive one. I still feel strongly that it would have been to your advantage to make it right while I was sitting in your dealership. More
