The best customer service I have EVER recieved! I live in Austin and went to a dealership there to purchase..needless to say I had a terrible experience so we called Greg May that night. They had the car I wanted, held it for me and the next day I drove down to buy it. They knocked the price down just for driving from Austin to Waco and really went above and beyond in exceeding my expectations. I also wanted to note I'm a woman and there was no form of trying to trick me into anything which was a big deal to me as a first time buyer. My boyfriend is in the military and deployed so it was difficult to communicate with him while picking out my car and going over numbers, but they were nothing but extremely patient. I have nothing but amazing things to say about every employee there! Fantastic staff an well worth the drive!!!! More
