2016 Pilot I went in for a standard 50,000 miles maintenance. They did a thorough job of checking the systems to ensure my car will last several more years. Great and helpful experience! I had a really great visit yesterday. Everyone I talked to was super friendly and helpful. I don't know much about cars, so Allen took the time to sho I had a really great visit yesterday. Everyone I talked to was super friendly and helpful. I don't know much about cars, so Allen took the time to show me what was being worked on and how it broke down. They were very flexible when I had to call back to add more things to be serviced on throughout the day as well. I had to go to work so I ended up needing to leave my car there for most of the day and getting a shuttle service at the end of the day. The shuttle driver was very friendly and cheerful. Over-all, the best experience I've had while getting my car serviced on - I'll definitely be coming back. More

Oil change, tire rotation I have always been pleased with the service. This visit I had scheduled an appt for 8 am. At 230 I called to see if my car was ready. I was told my service was bumped for an emergency flat tire and would be ready in an hour. At 4 I received a call my car was ready...a whole day to change oil and rotate tires. Customer service was lacking today. Noone had on name tags or introduced themselves either...that used to be a standard of service. More
