My service advisor brought to my attention the battery checked bad again, but again I thanked her and declined the battery purchase. Your waiting area is great. I love the bar height tables and the coffee and the free WiFi. When I left I asked if anyone was familiar with these cars. Another service lady helped me. I wondered if the back seat laid down and it does and she showed me how. She also provided extra help I needed with the hands free phone usage. All in all it was a pleasurable experience as usual.
