Greg May Honda responded

Customer came in to look at cars, picked one out herself, signed all of the legally binding documents, and took delivery of the vehicle. It did need a new windshield, which we had a third party install. The first time it rained after the installation of the windshield, it was not sealed correctly and leaked. It was taken back to the third party who reinstalled it and properly resealed it at no charge to the customer. We also did a complimentary inspection of the vehicle to check for any damage that may have been sustained from the leak, with none found at no charge to the customer.

It was taken back and the windshield was fixed, as far as I know since we took it out self. The radio is still glitchy im assuming from water damage, as well as a few buttons on the steering wheel do not work. I left my car with them for 3 plus days after the leak to have them inspect. I was told the key fob battery would be replaced since I was given with a dead battery.. battery was not replaced. It looked like they had just “detailed” the car. They keep mentioning “at no charge to customer” but seeing as the issues were there fault for not disclosing the huge windshield leak it 100% should have been at no charge to myself.. the car sat for however long prior to me purchasing it constantly leaking rain/water in the vehicle. And I did not come in to “look at vehicles” I was lured in when I went for one specific car, and when I got there Antonio told me the car was not for sell, and he brought out the one I ended up with. It was late, I was tired, and I stated he was very good at persuading, as this is not the car I even went in for. Less than 24 hours I sent multiples messages and text to cancel the contract etc. due to the undisclosed leak, and possible electrical damage. When I picked my car up I was provided no documentation of anything being done, and the key fob still being dead leads me to believe they just detailed the car and called it a day.
