I always get good service at this dealership and do what they recommend but I guess this time around there was some confusion in their system and recommended to me the same services I have completed few wee they recommend but I guess this time around there was some confusion in their system and recommended to me the same services I have completed few weeks earlier for 900$ worth of work, and the one thing I really wanted to be taken care of was not done ( the damaged wiper blade) . I ended up paying close to 1200$ for other services they recommended via phone, and as I am leasing the car, I count on the service advisor’s recommendations to maintain my vehicle in best shape. I hope this was just a simple mistake and not a trend they have going at this dealership. The staff are very respectful, professional but I wish if they have completed what I asked for to start with. More

The service staff was very helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was I had originally scheduled my service for the week prior. They sent a confirmation of that appointment the day before. But when I arrived they didn't have the part to complete the service. So we had to reschedule for the following week. I guess I would suggest if you are going to take the time to confirm, maybe check to see you have the parts needed. Other than that I had a good experience. More

The person who checked me in was nice enough but I left not trusting your dealership. I was told my bill was going to be one amount and when I went to pay up the bill was $60 more than the amount present not trusting your dealership. I was charge a fee for using a credit card without previous notice and I was charged over $200 for cleaning the fuel injector which when I looked into what that service was I found it was unnecessary and often characterized as a way dealerships pad their service bills. I love my Tucson Hyburd but you have lost my confidence. More
