Sold a car in “great mechanical condition” but failed to disclose the major problems with the car.car wasn’t “ready” at agreed upon pick up date, and the mechanic kept “finding” new issues that caused the d disclose the major problems with the car.car wasn’t “ready” at agreed upon pick up date, and the mechanic kept “finding” new issues that caused the delay in purchase. I requested to have my own mechanic lol a the car and was assured several times the car was inspected and was in great condition. After purchase my mechanic do a check and found upwards of $5000 worth of work including steering components and multiple axels. Would not have purchased had I been made aware prior to purchase and of course they are denying any fault . Would not shop here again if my life depended on it. More

I needed to hound the dealership to get the deliverables which is poor service to say the least. Once I was able to get attention, service was scheduled to address all three. On the day of service I arrived to learn that it was a mistake to schedule that day as the door protector installer is only at the dealership one day a week, and not on that day. It would have been nice to get a phone call instead of wasting my time. It took too many phone calls and too much time to do what the dealership was contractually bound to provide. The entire experience was especially disappointing as we have purchased five cars from the dealership. We like the Hyundai product but will look for a different dealership. More

Get it in writing - I bought a Hyundai Ioniq 5 and was told I’d get a power charge converter so I could charge at Tesla chargers - never got it and they want over $400. In regards to my experience it was painless, I was informed that there would be a diagnostic fee of 240 used to diagnose the issue if it was not under warranty. However, if it was under warranty, that would not be paid to them and if it wasn’t that 240 would be applied to the repair should I repair it there. Overall great experience. More
The overall experience was okay, but could have certainly been better. There wasn't any discussion about the vehicles price, we showed interest in the vehicle and immediately the focus went into getting appr been better. The Vehicle was also provided to us with less and half a tank of gas, which is never been my experience with purchasing a vehicle from any dealership. We also noticed, right after leaving the dealership that one of the sensors in the front was slightly detached and facing downward which has caused for it to alarm at unnecessary times. The light over the rear license plate has also since popped out, so it was never secured prior to leaving the dealership. We also requested that they look at repairing the passenger side rearview mirror, which they did, but they simply superglued it together and the quality was so poor the salesman even mentioned how he could visually see the glue that oozed out at the seam. Lastly, within the first week I have already had the Porsche stability management light come on causing for their to be acceleration issues while trying to merge onto the interstate which poses safety concerns. I have reached out to the dealership about my concerns, there has been no further communication or responses which is also concerning on how their business is conducted. I would like to mention that Kris Choros was very helpful when it came to discussing warranty options. The first options that we were presented with were obviously higher priced and it didn't seem like anyone really investigated further to try and secure us a better deal. Kris went the extra mile to get us longer coverage and at a better rate than what we were originally first offered. More

Gregory Hyundai is exceptional! !! My 2020 Palisade needed an engine replacement due to sever oil consumption. Hyundai honored their commitment to their TSB for this problem that was !! Kandace and the service tech's ensured my satisfaction and resolve the problem in an unheard of 24 hours from the service appointment. No longer do I hear the rattle when I pull off nor see the oil dip stick black in color after an oil change. This a unique dealership that stands out from the rest!!! More
