Terrible experience. Never bring a fleet vehicle here.. I scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. Told them it was fllet. I was told the service would take about an hour. I get there, not one other cu scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. Told them it was fllet. I was told the service would take about an hour. I get there, not one other customer, and it takes the sales person 30 mind to process the paperwork before taking the vehicle. Then he comes in to sell me wipers, this, that and the other... it's a fleet vehicle. You have a contracted agreement! You are already making a lot of money on fleet accounts don't try to upset me! Then there is a recall. Then I supposedly need a patch (the tire is holding air and maintaining pressure just fine). Then I'm told maybe we should keep it overnight and we'll come pick you in the morning! Nope. I told them to take my car off the lift. I'll have my service done elsewhere. This was simple. There should have been a person in charge of fleet vehicles. I didn't like the way they were trying to upset me. Don't know if it was out of desperation or because I'm a woman but I will definitely not be going back. The whole process still to 2 hours. A complete waste of my time More

They asked for my driver's license and hesitated to return it to me when I turned down the deal. This was so disturbing to me that I decided to never return to the dealership for a new car when I am ready to purchase a nekoow car. More
