Grieco Automotive Group all began with Michael Grieco Sr. who ventured into the automotive industry in 1975 and opened his first collision center, Universal Claim Service. This led to the opening of Vantage Motor Sales in 1979. Then, in 1995, he acquired his first new car franchise, Metro Honda, now known as Grieco Honda. As the years passed and with the acquisitions of more franchises, Grieco Automotive Group was created to handle the company's growing automotive business.
Michael Grieco Sr. began transferring the leadership role of the day-to-day operations to his son. Michael Grieco Jr., who is now one of the youngest automotive CEOs in the country. Over the years, Michael Grieco Jr. has added three Chevrolet, four Ford, as well as Acura, BMW, Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-Ram, Honda, Hyundai, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, and Toyota franchises. We had a 1:00 appointment. Yes “appointment” on a Tuesday afternoon, and we waited 2.5 hours!! We booked the appointment around 9:30am that same day. So they knew that they were running behind when we booked. And they didn’t give us the courtesy to let us know. Additionally, everyone we interacted with acted like they hated their life and like we were an annoyance to them just for showing up. We’ll never be back, and I highly advise against anyone wasting their time with this crappy dealership. More

I scheduled an appointment expecting to wait the estimated one to one and a half hours. However, I ended up waiting three hours without any prior notice or updates. During this time, I noticed other estimated one to one and a half hours. However, I ended up waiting three hours without any prior notice or updates. During this time, I noticed other clients who arrived after me were attended to and left before I even received any information about my vehicle. I had to go to the office twice just to get an update, which is unacceptable. This lack of communication and disregard for my time is disrespectful, especially for a routine oil change that should not take this long. If longer wait times were expected, I should have been informed upfront. More

I brought my Chevy Cruze LT 2017 for a check engine lights the service advisor who check the car stated it was simple to solve the problem. After he did a diagnostic of my vehicle I had several issue lights the service advisor who check the car stated it was simple to solve the problem. After he did a diagnostic of my vehicle I had several issues on my vehicle , he changed parts that was not supposed to be changed it cost a lot of money to get the car repaired. The check engine light was gone after threee days driven the vehicle the same check engine light came back once again, went back the second times it was an ongoing issued they could not finally detect the problem.Last Monday they told me to leave the car to fully did a diagnostics on the the car. My question why they didn’t to do it when I brought it the second times. My advice to stay away from that dealer More
