Grieco Automotive Group all began with Michael Grieco Sr. who ventured into the automotive industry in 1975 and opened his first collision center, Universal Claim Service. This led to the opening of Vantage Motor Sales in 1979. Then, in 1995, he acquired his first new car franchise, Metro Honda, now known as Grieco Honda. As the years passed and with the acquisitions of more franchises, Grieco Automotive Group was created to handle the company's growing automotive business.
Michael Grieco Sr. began transferring the leadership role of the day-to-day operations to his son. Michael Grieco Jr., who is now one of the youngest automotive CEOs in the country. Over the years, Michael Grieco Jr. has added three Chevrolet, four Ford, as well as Acura, BMW, Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-Ram, Honda, Hyundai, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, and Toyota franchises. Initial contact was flawless. Then service consultant could not reach the insurance company for 9 days(although I was able to contact them before bringing the car in then on the 8 Then service consultant could not reach the insurance company for 9 days(although I was able to contact them before bringing the car in then on the 8th day again, following by a call to the service advisor to get more information about the problems he seem to have) The problem reappear again at time to release the car with the advisor reaching the insurance. Finally,when I picked up the suv, the oil remaining showd 62% after 500 miles, I asked the to reset as visual showed full. The tire psi was at 40 where it should have been at 35. Asked to see the Mgr(?), Jonathan turned out the most horrible customer service skills I have ever encounter. More

That Service Manager came from a dealership in Palm Beach County to the Ft Lauderdale dea VERY BEST Service Managers I am FORTUNATE to have known! That Service Manager came from a dealership in Palm Beach County to the Ft Lauderdale dealership. HE IS MR. RON WILLIAMS. I can't say enough about how much he cares about customers. To the point I don't mind one bit driving 80 miles round trip from western Palm Beach County!!!!! Mr. Williams introduced me to Service Writer Mr. Jonathan CARDOZA who talked me thru each detail I needed to TRUST my 2018 Grand Sport Corvette for servicing and electrical issues to GREICO Chevy Ft. Lauderdale. Mr. CARDOZA was a TRUE PROFESSIONAL!!!!! I can’t remember the name of the Corvette Technician Mr. Williams & MR. Cardoza introduced me to, but this gentleman talked with me and answered EVERY QUESTION I had and made me feel HE was the professional technician I wanted taking care of my vehicle which is my retirement gift to myself!!! KUDOS!!! GREAT PROFESSIONALS ALL AROUND!!! More
