The advisor that I assigned told me that the problem that I had with my car was possibly something that was not to be fixed by the service department. I all I need was my exhaust popped out of place & it nee I had with my car was possibly something that was not to be fixed by the service department. My overall experience with this service department was not the best. I had to go through hoops and chains in order to get any sort of update on my vehicle. Excellent service! Omar Williams was extremely helpful and took care of us when we were in a touch situation. We were not from the area and our daughter had to have a heart procedure at Joe Dimagio hosp and took care of us when we were in a touch situation.
