The staff is very nice and helpful at the service center. Good service, just took longer than expected. Oil change and tire rotation shouldn’t take more than 1 hour max, especially when I have a appointment scheduled. I have an extended warranty and was told about a 150 dollars diagnosing fee...the diagnostic came back and was told that my extended warranty didn't cover the problem and ask if I would like to proceed dollars diagnosing fee...the diagnostic came back and was told that my extended warranty didn't cover the problem and ask if I would like to proceed I said yes...when I talked to the rep at cargo I was told they have no records of anyone from Greico calling them....I hate the fact that I was lied to by your service tech manager...I was told since the diagnosis was 150 dollars and to fix the problem would be 17 dollars extra I might as well go ahead to get the vehicle fixed. When I received the bill was totally different from what I was told at first. More
