Just to put this is perspective, I dropped the car off at 7:30am and never heard from them until I called multiple times to only find out by 4:30PM they were keeping the car. The service guy, you know the middleman between the customer and client, never checked the status all day. Then I was told a lame reply, that the mechanic never mentioned anything all day. This guy is the person that is meant to ask and inform the client. Now the car was going to be with them 3 days and still no offer to for a loaner. Next 80k dollar car will not be with you. This service guy does nothing except sit on his behind. Does not move for the client, he acts the the King and the customers are the subjects. By the way, I did say something to this service guy, who made no attempt to have me, the customer walk out a bit happier. Fix the problem before you lose more business. Zero starS for the service middleman 3 stars for the actual mechanic, fixed the two problems, but did not leave it clean, didn’t even clean up the new tire. More

Front desk was so rude multiple times, came to the point that if I wasn’t wearing a mask you would see my jaw dropped from the shock of how she treated me and others. There was a lot of internal drama that customers could hear and see and was extremely uncomfortable. Beyond the normal seat and radio change- My car has multiple new scratches. I have random Bluetooth phones connected to my car. Last time I came for service I mentioned my car looked scratched and I was told I would get a call back to fix it, and nothing. Now it’s happened again and I came back to have it looked at but everyone was gone prior to closing and none of my messages have been returned. This was the first time I had Khai take care of me, he was kind.. But I am still waiting on answers about needing to fix the scratches as you can see right to the metal. More
Had low tire pressure on my Corvette and brought it in to Grieco to have it checked out. I was worried about getting a new tire but Michael Sherota the advisor set me up with John Erwin the Corvette speciali Grieco to have it checked out.
