The entire process of having my vehicle serviced was made simple by the service staff. My service rep was Michael who kept me in the loop and updated as to the status of my repair. The transportation back an simple by the service staff. My service rep was Michael who kept me in the loop and updated as to the status of my repair. The transportation back and forth to the dealership was also provided by them and was exceptional. Also was extremely surprised that when I picked up my vehicle it was washed. Thank you. I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent service I received. I had not visited this particular dealership in a while because I had been unhappy there because of a bad experience, but this visit made u received. I do wish that my part had been ordered in advance so that all repairs could have been done in one day, but that the dealership provided me a ride home and offered me a ride back to the dealership makes up, for the most part, for that inconvenience.
