Great service. The best. I went to Phil Smith Chevrolet first, and i found the assistant manager and one of the sales people to be both rude and condescending. Went in for basic check up on my Silverado and pretty happy with vehicle service. Only issue witch was a big deal was because they knew I was i a hurry but had me waiting 40min just to pay for service happy with vehicle service. Only issue witch was a big deal was because they knew I was i a hurry but had me waiting 40min just to pay for service. I didn't wait for service but when they called they told me truck was ready. I get there 10 minutes after the call for pick up. Paperwork was not ready, and I find out I'm waiting 40 minutes to pay 800 dollars on 30 seconds of paperwork and for 2 people eating pizza. Take your break but dam! when you call a customer that truck is ready and know i was in hurry, all that was needed was to print paperwork and collect payment. Dam! I'd recommend for the work done but not customer service. More
