I purchased a brand new Ford maverick in May 2024, it has less than 10,000 miles and the key broke. FORD will not stand behind their keys. I’ve read all over the Internet where they break constantly and our less than 10,000 miles and the key broke. FORD will not stand behind their keys. I’ve read all over the Internet where they break constantly and our junk. Grieco FORD does not stand behind their product either. I’m quite disappointed. I highly recommend you buy a Toyota or a Nissan Ford doesn’t stand behind their products. More
purchased a car online from this dealership and had a very disappointing experience. The photos they provided did not show major issues like deep scratches with rust, severely worn tires, and an engine o very disappointing experience. The photos they provided did not show major issues like deep scratches with rust, severely worn tires, and an engine oil leak. I was promised by the salesperson Tanner that cosmetic issues would be fixed before delivery, but they never were. He also said he would send touch-up paint — it's been over 2 months and nothing arrived. I reached out to the manager Jeffrey, but the issue remains unresolved. I now have a damaged car that wasn’t honestly represented. Be very cautious if you're buying remotely from this dealership More
Sebastian rolled out the red carpet and even picked me up at TriRail since I was coming from WPB to Del Ray for the purchase. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful young man! at TriRail since I was coming from WPB to Del Ray for the purchase. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful young man! More
We had a very poor experience at Grieco Ford of Delray. We went in to test a Mustang Mach E EV but the first salesperson knew nothing about the car. The second person was slightly better but kept us wait We went in to test a Mustang Mach E EV but the first salesperson knew nothing about the car. The second person was slightly better but kept us waiting for over an hour both on the day of our test drive and the next day when we went back to make a purchase. The sales manager, Jeff, offered us extra FordPass points to make up for our inconvenience; however, to date we've received neither the standard points for purchasing a new car nor any discretionary bonus. After six months, I finally phoned Ford directly to sort the matter out. We are very happy with the Mach E, but Grieco left a very bad taste in our mouth so we need to find a more reputable dealership for service. More

When the truck came in and I sat down to do the paperwork, they conveniently “forgot” to apply my deposit toward the purchase. I brought it up, and they acted like it wasn’t a big deal — then ignored me for 6 months when I tried to get it resolved. I had to physically go back to the dealership and demand to speak to someone before they finally admitted the mistake and gave me a check for my deposit. That should have been my first red flag. But it gets worse. When I bought the truck, the finance guy sold me a PremiumCARE extended warranty for around $3,500. He walked me through the benefits, told me it was the most comprehensive coverage available, and assured me that’s what I was getting. Fast forward 37 months — just after my factory warranty expired — I took my truck to a different dealership to get the mirror motors fixed, only to be told I didn’t have a PremiumCARE warranty. After checking my paperwork, I realized Greico had ripped me off yet again. They had switched it out for a lower-tier Diesel EngineCARE plan without telling me — so they charged me for PremiumCARE but gave me a plan that covers way less. Classic bait and switch. When I called to get it fixed, they gave me the runaround. No one would call me back, and when I finally reached someone, they just said, “you signed it.” To make matters worse, when I tried to refinance through my credit union, they refused to tell me who was holding the loan on my truck. After pressing them, they outright lied about it — stalling and stringing me along while keeping me in the dark about who held the note. If this were one mistake, I’d chalk it up to incompetence — but this was a clear pattern of deception. They tried to keep my deposit, bait-and-switched my warranty, and lied about the financing. This dealership operates with zero integrity and shady business practices from top to bottom. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else — this place is a complete scam. More
If it would allow a Zero Star Rating, I would go with that. Made an online inquiry to purchase a vehicle and an outsourced "offsite" person called me to make an appointment to see the car. When I actuall that. Made an online inquiry to purchase a vehicle and an outsourced "offsite" person called me to make an appointment to see the car. When I actually talked to someone from the dealership, Justin took my info and then passed it to Melissa. Melissa re asked me all the same information I had already provided to Justin. Melissa kept pushing for me to come in and said management did not "feel comfortable" providing me an offer on my trade in without seeing it in person. So how are online transactions with home delivery done? I provided my VIN and photos of the vehicle; I wanted an Out the Door Price before driving 4 hours to the dealership and wasting my time. They constantly played the numbers game which is the opposite of what the online pricing says, no hassle upfront pricing. They acted like they were doing me a favor honoring the online $1000 off coupon I was entitled too, then they turned around and added a $983.56 PDI charge on top of the vehicle, I have the worksheet to prove it. They wanted to play games with the numbers when their website literally spells out every single charge that's included and not included, said she would remove a $700 LoJack system to lower the price of the vehicle for me, online says it and 2 years of activation are INCLUDED in the quoted price of the vehicle, not saving me anything. Called me to say they made a mistake that vehicle has already been sold but they had a Platinum instead. Dishonest as they come, I just bought a new F150 down the street at Autonation Ford 45 days ago, guess that's where I will be heading to buy my Expedition. They provide upfront pricing fair dealer fees and don't have add Ons and play around. More
