The salesman James truly cares about his customer. The dealership on the other hand only cares about there over priced markup cars. I spent all day, 11:15 to 6.15 trying to buy a Ford Mustang Mach-e and T dealership on the other hand only cares about there over priced markup cars. I spent all day, 11:15 to 6.15 trying to buy a Ford Mustang Mach-e and This dealer charges $7500 more on top of msrp. I talked to Ford direct and other dealer that confirmed this should not be happening because Ford agreed not to mark allow dealer up their vehicles. This $7500 walked me away from the deal today and quite frankly has left myself and my family so upset. I’m not a millionaire I’m sorry, just an average joe trying to buy a car not get ripped off. This practice needs to be looked at, This is unfair and sad. Not what the American icon Henry Ford would have ever wanted. More

First off I give my sales person 5 stars he was OUTSTANDING PAULO FERREIRA. BEAUTIFUL show room and building. sales were very friendly and confident in their knowledge BUT I live 2 hours away a OUTSTANDING PAULO FERREIRA. BEAUTIFUL show room and building. sales were very friendly and confident in their knowledge BUT I live 2 hours away and they sent me a quote of my trade for my used car....internet price was great, so after you arrive and they show you the break down, STICKER SHOCK sets in, they add on this $1999 RECONN fee, which when you read the fine line, you see the normal $999 etc so this is how they get you for lowering the internet price. Paulo had his boss try to explain, who clearly has no customer service skills and lacks tack and diplomacy. He made my experience very stressful and more frustrating to say the least. I cannot say I would recommend Grieco as I feel they are very misleading but Paul was great would highly recommend him. I purchased two used cars last year and there were no hidden costs etc like Grieco presented. Bottom line: The sales consultant, did his best to manage a bad situation, however the management clearly didn’t care. More

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! - They will lie and tell you anything just to get you in the door. Our experience today was terrible and was an example of the worst practices in car sales. Because we are you anything just to get you in the door. Our experience today was terrible and was an example of the worst practices in car sales. Because we are not local, we called to confirm that the specific vehicle we were interested in was available this morning. They told us it was, and set up an appointment to view it. They said they would have it “pulled up at the front waiting for us”. So we traveled over 2 hours to their location, only to find out when we arrived they actually did not have it ready and didn’t even know where it was. We waited around while they searched for it. Only to find out that it had been damaged the day before. They tried to play it off and sell us other cars that were way out of price range and not what we wanted. This seems to be their policy - just tell you whatever gets you to come into the dealership. The sales consultant, did his best to manage a bad situation, however the management clearly didn’t care. We waited around wasting even more time while management took hours to come speak with us directly and when they did, they just made more excuses for their bad sales practices. Grieco Ford you wasted our time and we won’t be back. Hopefully, this review helps others avoid this experience. More
AWFUL, SLEEZY, STEREOTYICAL, Greico puts vehicles on their site they don't have then lure you in to sell you something you don't want. They set up a "VIP" appointment and once you get there they make y their site they don't have then lure you in to sell you something you don't want. Incredibly unprofessional, and to think I brought a check bc I pay cash for my vehicles on the spot. A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF MY TIME. More
