Kind of OK. Other than needing 2 trips. I had a cracked windshield. I went to the dealership for a new one, and I told them the reason I was coming to the dealership for a windshield (more e I had a cracked windshield. I went to the dealership for a new one, and I told them the reason I was coming to the dealership for a windshield (more expensive) was because the vehicle had a rain sensor for automatic wipers, and I had a bad experience at one of the auto glass places. They replaced my windshield. The first thing I noticed when I picked up the car was that the inside of the windshield was nearly comically dirty. The next thing was that the rain sensor wasn't working. Which is why I brought it there. So I brought it back to have the rain sensor fixed. I also told the service adviser about the filthy windshield. They fixed the rain sensor, but they didn't clean the windshield. Not a glowing example of customer service. While this isn't a "take my business elsewhere" thing, it does change my trust level, and my tolerance for another piece of bad service. More
