He was very knowledgeable with the Ram trucks I was looking at, I knew the one I wanted going in and he never tried to up or down sale me. I wanted to crawl under the truck to look at the suspension but he wasn't having it, he pulled it in on a lift for me to check things out. Every question I had got answered, things I didn't think of got pointed out.
