Relaxed, positive atmosphere. I was getting my fusion serviced when one of the Sales Rep's, Finn, came over to me. He was such a nice guy! Even though I wasn't there to buy a car, I was getting my fusion serviced when one of the Sales Rep's, Finn, came over to me. He was such a nice guy! She was extremely knowledgable on torque, horsepower, literally everything that made the F-150 tick. We searched through several vehicles and finally found "the one". They let us take it home to bring back a trade, but before we went, she reviewed every function of the truck. We negotiated a great price, and before the night was over we came home in the one we wanted most. We were too late to have it detailed, but Gabe followed up and had us come in the next day we were available. The detail job was amazing. Gabe even sat and had a follow up conversation with me for several minutes during the detail. I am very impressed with Groove Ford, as well as Gabe.
