I attempted to order a new 2022 Maverick through Emerson Gray back in July of '22. After being assured that everything was in order and to just wait on Ford, come to find out months later that Groove Ford " Gray back in July of '22. After being assured that everything was in order and to just wait on Ford, come to find out months later that Groove Ford "lost" my order. Nothing that they could do as the order banks had closed. They said if someone take delivery of one, I would be first right of refusal, or they could put my name in for a 2023 as soon as the order banks opened. I touches base with Groove Ford and the management every couple of months to be sure they didn't forget about me. The week the order banks for the 2023 Maverick opened, I notified Tim Barteau to be sure to get my order in. NO RESPONSE. Followed up with an email asking if he had any questions, NO RESPONSE. Finally included the General Manager Brook Peterson in an email asking about my order. FINALLY got a response from Tim saying they didn't place my order as the window for ordering was too short and there was nothing they could do. After a year and a half of trying to order/buy a new vehicle from Groove Ford, I WILL NEVER USE THEM again for ANY PURCHASE, and will be letting everyone I know about my experience. Trust no one there with what they tell you. It's all lip service. Even if you follow up, THEY WILL NOT. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! More
Salesperson was very polite. Issue was that the cars website indicated they had about half a dozen of the cars we wanted to look at. Called about a little truck they were selling. Perfect little truck for me so I wanted to test drive it. Talked to Jonah about trading in my (paid off) 2012 Honda Civic with 141k miles on it, so I Perfect little truck for me so I wanted to test drive it. Before I could even test drive the truck, this kid had the audacity to offer me 5k for my Civic... this Civic is pretty clean and retails around 10.5-11k. I just had another dealer offer 9k for it (because they are decent people). What a joke. This place will low ball your trade in and try to sell you a 20year old truck for 4k over its true value. BUYERS BEWARE. More

I asked him if he could easily do without his car for 2 to 3 days, and could he not get it loked at the same day. He said he couldn't promise that he could look at it on the first day and needed the extra days in case he was busy. More
