I spontaneously decided to look for a vehicle at this location, and although I did not have an appo I was satisfied with my experience at Groove Ford. I spontaneously decided to look for a vehicle at this location, and although I did not have an appointment, I was provided with excellent service and support. The employees (car dealers, manager, & finance manager) were kind and were knowledgable about the product. The only drawback of my experience was the long wait time. However, there were several factors including lack of finance employees to consumer demand, which can be seen positively. That is, customers were interested in what Ford has to offer. Last, I think it is important to work with someone who thoroughly understands what you are looking for. Jason Slee was professional and welcoming. I appreciate his efforts and Ford's hard work. More
