We were immediately greeted by a young Saleswoman, Gabrielle, who helped us. She was so pleasant and friendly it was like our long-term friend was explaining our options and the vehicles to us. I couldn't be happier with her service. We then met our Finance officer, Ambrosia, who went through all of our options in finance and ended up saving my family hundreds in finance costs. A special thank you to Ambrosia and Gabrielle at Groove, had it not been for the service given, we may not have bought that day but these ladies were not only knowledgeable, but just as friendly and sweet. Groove Ford has the best personnel and if anyone is in the market for a new Ford look no further then here because you are going to love it there! More
