Groove Experience I called Groove Ford and told them how much I was willing to pay for a specific vehicle that I wanted to purchase. Within a short amount of time I got I called Groove Ford and told them how much I was willing to pay for a specific vehicle that I wanted to purchase. Within a short amount of time I got a call back from Tim B. who said they would love to earn my business and accepted my offer. I was unable to break away from work so the next business day Tim drove over 1.5 hrs to bring me my contract paperwork to sign. What Tim did went above and beyond the standard for customer service. He has set the bar high for others to meet. Once the vehicle arrived my wife and I drove up to Groove Ford and we were in and out in about an hour thanks to the excellent work from Scotty G. in finance. Finally, Brian J. was able to give us a great overview of our new vehicle. I thought I did all my research and knew my stuff but he was able to show us a ton of things I had no idea about. So thank you to all of the staff that helped us out, Tim B., Scotty G., and Brian J. Quickly Handled Drove down to Centennial from Cheyenne, maybe an hour and a half, looking for a fiesta ST, unfortunately, they were all sold. Fortunately, Terry found Drove down to Centennial from Cheyenne, maybe an hour and a half, looking for a fiesta ST, unfortunately, they were all sold. Fortunately, Terry found a nice Focus ST CPO, pretty much loaded for a good price. Unfortunately, someone missed something in the check and the clutch was slipping badly. Instead, they let me drive around a brand new Focus ST to ensure that I liked the car, worked with me a little on the price, let me keep my trade until they delivered the Focus, with new clutch, to my house in Cheyenne, only 4 days later. Can't really complain about that. They even worked a little extra so I didn't have to wait until after an approaching snow storm. More
