ABOVE AND BEYOND. Though my car is a 2017 model, I've already experienced the service side and the buying side of this dealership and i only have good things to say. My sales associate was Gabrielle Dawson who was a great friend to have during the entire car buying process. They are LOW PRESSURE and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I had a very specific preference for what i wanted (down to the equipment package and wheel size) and they worked with me to get a car from another dealership over 200 miles away! My vehicle recently needed a software update from Ford, which was causing the battery to die unexpectedly. I emailed them at 8am, and by 10am Brian Johnson came TO MY OFFICE and picked up my car, and gave me a loaner car to use for the day. They got my car into the service shop ASAP and had my car back to me by 2pm. I didnt even have to leave my office to resolve my service issue. They definitely go above and beyond not only in the process of buying your car but also making you feel like a valued customer AFTER the transaction. Truly appreciate these guys and I'm excited to take all my vehicles here for future services and maintenance. More

Once we got to Groove Ford, we found out the car had been sold but Tim B and Zac T were determined to find a car that would work for us. After test driving two cars and taking into consideration my son’s feedback, they pulled a car from detailing to test drive and it was the one! The car was slightly more than we anticipated spending but the lower miles and upgrades made it the best value for us! Tim B and Zac T took the time to listen to us and care for us as people and a family as opposed to just customers. Inept, uncaring, and absolutely abysmal service. THE LACK OF COMMITMENT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS IS TRULY STAGGERING. TLDR; 11 DAYS AND 5 UNRETURNED CALLS STEMMING FROM THEIR INEPTITUDE AND LACK OF INT THE LACK OF COMMITMENT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS IS TRULY STAGGERING. TLDR; 11 DAYS AND 5 UNRETURNED CALLS STEMMING FROM THEIR INEPTITUDE AND LACK OF INTEREST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE LED ME TO A DANGEROUS SITUATION OF DRIVING ON SUMMER TIRES IN THE SNOW IN DENVER FOLLOWED BY AN BLATANT ATTEMPT TO UPSELL AS LEVERAGE TO MAKE THE REPAIR MEANT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Long story short... Tried to get a tire replaced under the road hazard program I purchased with the car. Called to get the ball rolling and was assured a call back the following day. 5 days later, I called and they had no knowledge of my claim. Frustrated, I brought the tire in to physically get the process moving and was told 2-3 days they should have approval for the tire replacement. 5 days go by before I call to request and update and am told they don't know anything about it but will find out more information and return my call by close of business with an update. No call, of course. I call again the next day and the same scenario plays out, no answer. This happens 3 additional times until the 11th day when I visit the dealership in person. Again I'm met with "Well, I don't know whats going on but let me try to find out." followed by a 1.5 hour wait. At the end of this ridiculous wait, the poor service tech comes up and tells me they made a mistake by calling Pirelli, the manufacturer of the tire, instead of Ford, the company that I bought the program through. This means I waited 11 days because of their failure to follow up and contact to right parties. Furthermore, I'm then told they cannot get the tire, a winter tire as snow has begun falling, for at least another week leaving me in a dangerous situation with summer tires mounted on my car. The tech, a younger kid named Kenny, seemed to genuinely care about my wellbeing as a customer and asks for a moment to speak to his managers. He returns with a look of shame painting his face and passes along their offer to "meet me half way". Their way of resolving the situation was promising me a tire the next day as long as I bought a second out of my own pocket, one I did not need. Kenny was obviously embarrassed to be in the situation and needless to say, I lost my cool. I'm being uphold at this point and their lack of customer service was truly staggering. I asked for my tire back and told them I'd never be returning to which Kenny replied that he understood and offered me a free oil change which will go unused as the last time I had an oil change performed I was told I needed brakes on my car. I did some work this weekend on my car and found my brakes to have well over 50% life remaining. Absolutely absurd the way they treated me as well as some of the other customers in the waiting room. Incredible to see just how little they care about customers if they aren't willing to pad the bottom line for the dealership. More

Altho we paid cash, we still had to deal with the financing dept and they were also so sweet and easy to work with (can't remember his name, Mark?). I had a printout of a discounted price from USAA that, due to some glitch was about a $500 error in their favor/lower than what they said was the best they could do for us...but, in the end, they still honored the price we came in with - THAT is excellent customer service! I can't say enough good things about this group of people - they have won my repeat business for sure! More

Purchase a new car I should have trusted my gut instinct when going back to this dealership. Two years ago I took my 1992 Ford Explorer in to have a minor recall service handled. While there, they found there was a lift gate recall issue and said they would take care of that as well. Forty five minutes later, the service manager came out, told me they had broken the window and it would need to be left overnight. Ended up 'more than overnight' and they refused to pay for a rental. Two years later and I'm looking for a new car. Long story short, went back (yes, I'm a slow learner) to buy a car. Decided to lease instead. Low & behold paperwork was done incorrectly and I had to make three trips back. Now, the icing - today my temporary tag was to expire and so I had to go to DMV (and you KNOW how much fun that is) where I find out the paperwork has been sent back to Groove because they overcharged me on sales tax. Had to buy, $7.08, another temporary tag, called Groove (waiting for a return call) and I'm assuming that will mean another trip to the dealership and then ANOTHER trip to DMV!! I will NEVER buy another car here and suggest you read all the reviews. I SHOULD HAVE! More
