I decided to trade in my 2013 CX-5 GTfor a 2014 3 iGT recently. I wanted better gas mileage and a lower payment. She was friendly, understanding and was able to get me everything I wanted in my new car. I not only have more features than before (which was hard to do...my CX-5 was loaded!) I have lower payments and better fuel economy. David also worked very hard to make sure that I had the best rate as I am not buying the 3 instead of leasing. All in all it was a win/win! If you are going to buy a new car from Groove Mazda call and ask for Tracy set an appointment and make sure David is the finance manager on duty...you won't regret it! More

We bought our suv, and were told that we needed to wait an extra day on the delivery of the vehicle so that new tires could be put on. The tire shop that I went to told me the back tires would last me until winter(3 months). When I confronted the dealership about this,everyone was pointing fingers at everyone else. Until it finally fell onto the service guy (who somehow thought this was an ok practice).Our back 2 tires arrived 2 weeks later and we had to drive from North denver again, to Groove Mazda in Centennial and sit for 1.5 hours getting the back 2 tires put on. That trip was a 3 hour waste of my time! This "mistake" should have never happened at a "creditable" dealership! More

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my new CX-9. I had been thinking of trading in my 2007 CX-9 on a new one for the past six months. Mark kept in contact with me every few months when a new incentive would c thinking of trading in my 2007 CX-9 on a new one for the past six months. This week the incentive matched what I wanted to do and I traded my 2007 (loved it) for a 2012 with all the bells and whistles. The safety features on this car are amazing and I really like the 'touch' back gate lift. With my arthritis, this was a must! I picked up my car last night and was in/out of the dealership in about an hour. Mark had the majority of the paperwork ready for me and signing was easy. He also went over all the functions on the dash and how to set up everything. Mark even set up my bluetooth for me before I left. THANK YOU MARK. From the sales team to the service team, this dealership has been amazing to work with. The service manager saw me in the dealership as he walked through and told me he would be calling to schedule my first free oil change in about four months. I'm sure I'll hear form him.
