This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had! I went through 2 other Subaru dealerships and was about to give up until late one evening I decided to send an inquiry to Groove Subaru. Grace called me back right away after I submitted an online inquiry . They delivered everything they promised and met the needs I had when the others could not. I should also mention I live about 60 miles away and I was able to complete most of the process through emails and texts and drive up after work late where Grace had the car waiting and ready for me. In addition there have been some last minute things to take care of with the paperwork, getting connected to Starlink etc. and Grace has continued to be very prompt in her responses. I would recommend Grace and this dealership highly to my family, friends and anyone else. More

Chase McNeely was absolutely awesome! When I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Chase. I advised him I was only looking and wanted to sit in an Outback just to see if it would feel like a good fit the dealership I was greeted by Chase. Since there were so many new parked cars around I declined his offer in fear I might hit one during a test drive. He offered to drive us to an empty parking lot up the street so I could get behind the wheel. I agreed and found I was really interested. He continued to work for me by finding the right car with the best price to stay within my budget. I had MANY concerns and questions which he patiently answered. Before I drove off with my new car Chase told me to contact him with any operating questions I might have - he made it very clear he would be available and more than happy to help. Please know, I am a female that came in to the dealership alone to buy a car plus I am a senior citizen.
