Dealership damaged my car, removed/lost a trim piece, while in their possession. I called the service representative (Buddy Melvin), who promised to call back with a response and never did. I called Service Manager (Dan Tran), who promised to call back with a response and never did. I called the General Manager (Ethan Lee), who never returned my call. How can I trust a dealership with a new car purchase if I cannot trust them not to respond to a simple service issue like this. I purchased a new vehicle from them several years ago. But based upon this awful experience with them, I will NEVER AGAIN do business with Grubbs. Buyer beware! More
