As always after 20 years of patronizing this business for our cars and the family, service department always comes to. It seems to be a consistent GUNN dealership theme, which is why we stay with them, though we know we could turn a different direction without being pressured by cost or options in vehicles that we may consider as an alternative. Chanti is remarkable and again mixed experience, very pleasant and positive even with issues with vehicles that of course I’m gonna age and need attention due to normal war or condition environmentally. Sunny as a technician made everything clear, plain clear and concise, and also projected the same type of repair and caring. Must say that this was one visit that involved both vehicles and family, and though the outcome wasn’t the ultimate that we wanted, it had nothing to do with our excellent professionalism and informative approach to the situations we have to deal with to keep our vehicles on the road. But we’re not turning away from HONDA vehicles from GUNN. All I can say is just clone these folks in service. More

We also met Donny Penn, assistant service director; he is a hands on manager and was available to talk to, as well as Gabriel Barajas, sales manager who gave us an excellent trade-in price for our vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership. An added bonus is they are close to Costco and La Cantera; they will shuttle you back and forth while your vehicle is serviced. More
