This was my first interaction with him and I found it to be always professional, pleasantly friendly sincere, patient and always in sync with the GUNN HONDA simple price no hassle client approach. This has always been my expectation I have looked forward to and depend on during each contact or sales experience any Gunn team member. Philip Kotrola was my financial person who was also thorough with my financial segment of the purchase as well as personable just as he was almost 10 years ago with my previous Honda purchased at Gunn. I'm happy to say again I was not either dissatisfied nor apprehensive about this part but only pleasantly surprised which made thus whole process that much more easier and even enjoyable.
