Staff are nice but overall experience could be better. When I purchased my car it was very quick, I knew what I wanted and the salesman and the finance staff were quick to assist me. My experience with getting my car serviced was quick and extremely pleasant (Heath was awesome!) I am not rating higher because my salesman told me that oil changes would be included until a certain milage, when I went for my first oil change I had to pay out of pocket and it turns out that I did not have that plan even though I asked for it when I purchased the card and was told that I did purchase it. I wouldn't recommend or not recommend this dealership. More

I had a problem with the emissions light coming on back in December, took my vehicle in to Gunn Honda, they reset the light but it came back on in February, took it back to emissions light coming on back in December, took my vehicle in to Gunn Honda, they reset the light but it came back on in February, took it back to Gunn, discovered it had a bad fuel injector, got it replaced the same day. Infotainment issues I have been a loyal Honda customer for my last three car purchases. I purchased my Passport about three months ago, and before buying the car I did s I have been a loyal Honda customer for my last three car purchases. I purchased my Passport about three months ago, and before buying the car I did some research regarding the Passport and reviews indicated there were electrical issues with the infotainment center; before purchasing the vehicle I asked the sales person if the issues had been corrected, they responded that the issues had already been resolved. After having my care for about 1 month, I started hearing crackling sounds on my radio and phone bluetooth issues started, The issue got progressively worse so I took the car to Gunn Honda and they kept the care overnight. I picked up the care the next day. It's been a week, and I have not had any more crackling sounds as of yet. Hopefully the issue will not arise again. I would like to thank the maintenance representative, Monica Valague, and the technician who worked on my car. More
