My CRV is 7 years old but has very low mileage; it needed new tires, new battery, and a free multipoint check. The A/C & air filters were replaced as well as the transmission & brake fluids and the oil filter. I waited in the lounge and was offered a massage; the appointment took more than 3.5 hours but I had plenty to do during that time. When I drove out of the dealership I immediately noticed a much smoother ride and a rapid and powerful response to acceleration. It was like having a new car! More
