Poor service Apparently I picked the wrong line when I pulled up to the service center for an oil change. After sitting there for about 10 minutes I got out and cornered someone to ask how I could go about getting an oil change. He told me I needed to move my car and switch lines. That would have been good to know right when I pulled in instead of being rudely ignored by EVERYONE! Bad service. More
