Terrable!!! Do not trust! I went in for a 2018 honda fit sport with sensing, currently I have the same model and year just without sensing...should be an easy sale right? Wrong I went in for a 2018 honda fit sport with sensing, currently I have the same model and year just without sensing...should be an easy sale right? Wrong these guys proceeded to imply i was lying about other dealer ships prices then proceded to talk trash about there competators on two seperate occasions both on the phone and in person. On the phone I asked if they could come down a bit more and was told if i came in today he could get it down...Mind you i cut a museum trip for my kids short to get there on time and came from across town. Once talking numbers however he said he only said he would "try" which was a total lie, and he never tried to lower the price! Once i established he was lying to me we left however more shocking not a soul tried to save the sale. We had cash on hand for gods sakes...gunn has lost its glory! Update: After writing this review Gunn worked with us and we were able to make things right...I am happy, thank you and one person should not reflect on the whole company. Update #2 I went to take delivery of my 2018 Honda Fit that said when I received the Fit I noticed the two front tires were low and the gas tank was not topped off not to mention I found a razer blade in the back seat...should I mention I have kids? I also noticed a problem in the back seat and returned the car right away! I was told I could come back for my cashiers check today however no one answers at all! The customer service here is a joke frankly I not only felt the customer service was bad on the front end with sales but I was left with the feeling that once I made the purchase I was not a priority at all. More
