Luis was able to get me exactly what I wanted when I needed it at an affordable price. I was in my new car within 1.5 hours of arriving from Houston! surprisingly easy, haggle-free deal I started my morning at the service center. After getting bad news about my current vehicle, I met with Rodney, and he offered me great prices on both I started my morning at the service center. After getting bad news about my current vehicle, I met with Rodney, and he offered me great prices on both an Odyssey and a Pilot. I decided to do some due diligence and test drove some Toyotas and called another Honda dealership to get a sense of the local market and prices. After dealing with heavy-handed and manipulative sales tactics elsewhere (Toyota dealerships, fwiw), it was such a relief to come back to Rodney at the end of the day. On the drive back to Gunn, I mentioned to my partner that I could've saved myself a ton of time and stress had I simply just purchased from Rodney at the beginning of the day. I purchased the exact vehicle I wanted, in the color and trim that I wanted, and at a fair price. I am completely happy, and really love the no-dicker/fair price/high volume sales approach. There's a reason that Gunn Honda moves so many vehicles!!! Well done, Rodney & Gunn Honda! More
TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPT DO NOT TRUST THESE CON ARTISTS! 0 stars! They overcharged my AC and ruined my whole system. Their "discounted" price to fix their mistake was $1800. On a separate issue, they quoted me the wrong price over the phone and then the actual charge was $900 more expensive than what they quoted. I am so unhappy with this place and will NEVER return. I saw on line where there had been a recall because this part can disintegrate and metal parts and shavings get flow into the line and then that all has to be replaced. I never received a recall notice on this. I have only received the air bag recall. I was not aware of it until itl went out and I researched it on line. It advises online to request a Good Will Assistance regarding 12-072. I did this and was told that my car no longer qualified because it was over 100 thousand miles. Lovely, what a wonderful loophole to get out of helping me, especially since I was never advised of any recall. They were nice enough to wave the diagnostic fee. but would not let me speak to a supervisor or GM as I requested ,from the young lady assisting Mr Hayes, to seek resolving this issue. I am poor and work a low wage job. I told them that. There was no attempt to even help or consult some one higher up. I left there in tears. Gunn----"real simple" if you have money. But also it hurts me that they did not have the honesty and integrity to do the right thing. Very disgusted and sad! More

I was treated fairly the entire way through the process including in financing. Gunn will be my first stop next time I'm in the market and I will ask for Luis by name. More
