The service staff were very professional in dealing with my After I had a oil and filter change, I decided to have a brake flush. During my trip home, the right front brake froze up causing some smoking. I call Gunn Honda and they arranged a tow truck to pick up my van. I was given a new Honda van as a loaner while my van was repaired. They replaced the front right caliper and replaced brake pads on both front brakes. I was very appreciative by the way Gunn Honda's service department handled the repair. That is the way customer service should be handled. Thank you to all the service people at Gunn Honda. More

We were allowed to take a vehicle on an extended test drive over a Sunday and that helped us decide we wanted a newer vehicle. We then looked at 2014 and 2015 vehicles and saw 2016 as well. Luis answered all of our questions and kept the perfect balance between being available for questions without being pushy. He was great! Our finance person whose name is escaping me right now was also excellent. He did a great job of explaining our options and was able to beat the rate we received from USAA. Great experience overall. Gunn Honda is a class act! More

Buying a new car is stressful and in our case this was compounded by the fact that we were having to buy our second.new car in less than 22 months. This is because the brand new car we bought in December of 2014 was totaled July of this year. So when we visited Gunn Honda in late October of this year, we were extra stressed and not really looking forward to the experience. Therefore it was very helpful that Gunn has the "one price on the sticker deal." No haggling over the price! We also lucked out and got Kevin Browning as our salesman. God bless Kevin! He was so patient. He put up with my husband's long winded stories, and our ignorance of so many of all the new electronics on the new cars. We can therefore say that we had probably the best car shopping experience of our 42 years of marriage. Thank you Gunn, and thank you, Kevin Brownning. Quick, efficient and easy! I scheduled and appointment for my car to be inspected for registration renewal. Denise greeted me when I arrived. She asked me if they had recently I scheduled and appointment for my car to be inspected for registration renewal. Denise greeted me when I arrived. She asked me if they had recently updated the car's software for the transmission. I wasn't sure, so she included that on the service request. My car was taken back immediately and I retired to the waiting room where I enjoyed a cup of coffee and a donut. Within 30 minutes Denise called my phone to say the car was ready. The check out took only a moment and I was back on the road. Gunn Honda Service is awesome! More
