Service I made an on-line appointment for a 5,000 service. I was given a name of the rep I was supposed to contact. I went to the service desk area and aske I made an on-line appointment for a 5,000 service. I was given a name of the rep I was supposed to contact. I went to the service desk area and asked for the designed rep and was directed to someone else. When I said had an appointment for a 5,000 mile service I was told it would be 3 - 4:00 hours to complete. When I again said I had an appointment the rep looked in the computer system and said : Oh yea, I see it." He then told me where the waiting area was and the service was completed in about an hour. Other than the confusion at the beginning, all went well. We had been extremely happy with Hugo Rodriguez when we purchased the Honda Accord. It is a great vehicle! This was our first Gunn Honda purchase. More

Excellent Care I went in with the intent of getting all the needed service maintenance done on my vehicle. Once I arrived I was informed of the wait being over three I went in with the intent of getting all the needed service maintenance done on my vehicle. Once I arrived I was informed of the wait being over three hours long. I then asked to just have my vehicle's oil changed and to provide me with a quote of the remaining maintenance required - thinking, I can schedule an appointment later in the month because I didn't want to wait over the quoted wait time by adding additional work. I was lucky enough to have my service attendant be Alexis Mendoza. He insured that the oil change and all the needed maintenance will be done within the four hour wait, and he certainly kept his word! After the maintenance was completed, to my surprise he also offered a great deal for all the services rendered. Even checked if there were recalls on my vehicle, which is something I never thought to ask. He took really good care of my vehicle and I appreciate it. I hope he continues to provide this much care to each customer he assists. He is a terrific asset to your company and deserves to receive recognition. More

Gunn Honda is the place to go. Donny took the time to listen to my dissertation on my concerns about spending money on my 2005 Honda Pilot. He said he would make sure that only wha Donny took the time to listen to my dissertation on my concerns about spending money on my 2005 Honda Pilot. He said he would make sure that only what was needed would be considered and done. Nothing extra. At 116k miles, the timing belt was all I really needed now. All else was checked and even though after 116k miles other things could have been done, he had it thoroughly checked and he assured me all was good for now. He did however suggest that next time, I should probably get my spark plugs replaced. He was not pushy and was genuinely sincere. I will be back. Thanks Gunn. More

We were nervous driving around when we received the noticed to have it replaced. This gave us peace of mind. Thank you. As I was ready to leave, he noticed that our front light bulb was out, so I purchased it at your parts department and he quickly installed it. This was really a great service job. I had never had a college graduate service my car. I know he is the manager, but I see that he will move up in management. Michael Garcia More

I thought I would need new brake job but he explained to me that it was not necessary and I appreciate the fact that he was honest about it. He explained everything that was done to my car and about the air bag that needs to be replaced and he would contact me when the part comes in. I will definitely ask for him next time I go in for service, he is the most friendly service attendant I have met there at Gunn Honda and I have been there several times. Thank you, Garland More
