Been truly pleased with the level of service on every visit Brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, wiper blade inserts and state inspection. The service advisor explained that the wiper inserts may need a new assembly as after market products may have been used when Safelite replaced my previous ones. Anyhow, I got new ones from Gunn Honda on this visit. Also I was asked if I had my timing belt replaced yet on my Honda Pilot which has 153,000 miles on it. Actually I bought my Pilot from Gunn Honda and all service and recalls have been done by Gunn Honda, so I was a little surprised when you all did not have a record of it. But it is a 2004 Pilot and I can understand it is probably difficult to save a history on every vehicle you service over so many years. Anyhow it was nice that he asked. This makes my 3rd Honda from Gunn, and we have owned an Altima and Maxima from Gunn Group as well. We have been blessed to have great mechanics at Gunn Honda. More
Above and beyond! My husband and I were definitely not in the market for a new vehicle, however an unfortunate car accident put us in the market. We had never experienced a car accident nor the red tape which occurs afterwards. Well both Adrian and Zach were extremely helpful in not only purchasing a new vehicle but assisting us with wrapping up all the difficulties of our previous vehicle. The vehicle my husband chose was not located at the Gunn dealership where Adrian was located at, however because he knew what we wanted, he went to pick up the vehicle and have it ready for our designated time of arrival. Adrian was very up front about pricing, truck details, warranty, and overall services from Gunn. He made us very comfortable and we felt we could trust him. These characteristics are what convinced us that purchasing at Gunn was the right choice. Zach was extremely helpful as well, assisting us in negotiating the right finance deal for us. When we went to finalize our purchase I was on my lunch break and both Adrian and Zach respected my time and got us taken care of quickly and most importantly accurately! This was our first purchase at Gunn and we will most definitely purchase again! Thank you to both Adrian & Zach for their extraordinary customer service and going above and beyond for their customers! More

Refreshing Experience I read reviews so I will write one. We can all use some help sometimes. How refreshing it is to go back in time when a man's word was his bond. I read reviews so I will write one. We can all use some help sometimes. How refreshing it is to go back in time when a man's word was his bond. This is the case with Craig Simpson. When he said something I could count on it. We are from the Dallas-Ft. Worth area but we could not find the Fit in the color we (my wife) wanted but we were told that Gunn Honda was going to get a shipment in with what we wanted. We called sales and was connected with Craig Simpson. He said they had received two Yellow Fits one with Navi and one without. They had sold the one without Navi which was fine because we wanted Navi. We told him we would take but would have to fly in two days later. We ask if he wanted a credit card number or a bank transfer but he said that would not be necessary. Two days later a monster rain storm was due and we didn't want to drive 300 miles on I35 with the rain, trucks, new car, but Craig called to ask if we really wanted to come down with these adverse weather condition about to happen. We took his advise and waited three more days, ask again about payments but told it was not necessary even though we were adding some extras. He said to call him when we got on the plane and he would pick us up at the airport. I hated to call him at six in the morning but I did and he was there when we arrived with a smile on his face. We went to the Gunn Honda to see and test drive the car. Craig introduced us to his assistant Kevin who took us for a test ride and explained all the features of the car. He later set up our phone and programmed the Navi with our home address. Now it was time for the dreaded paperwork. There are always extras they try to force on you but this was not the case with Gunn Honda. Patrick Ford was very knowledgeable to our needs and presented us with only the options that pertained to us. We were offered other things but just for our information. We paid cash for the car with a out of town personal check which is something a local (Chevrolet) dealer would not do for us. We had to go the bank and get a cashiers check. The next day Craig called to make sure we got home safe and sound. The people that work here don't work on commission. The only thing they want is to insure that you have a pleasant car buying experience. More
