Thank you for taking the time to inform us of your situation. We want to make sure your vehicle is safe and in working order. I understand we took your van in for an inspection. We replaced the brake pads and resurfaced the rotors. The rotors did not need to be cut off. The tie rod ends working properly. From time to time we have pre-owned vehicles with surface rust on them. We picked up the van tonight. While we are not happy about spending 2-thousand dollars on this van at a mechanic prior to bringing it to Gunn, we do feel you all were responsive to our complaint.
