Went in on Saturday 8am to look at a vehicle but it had just shipped to a sister dealership for another customer. Zee gave me the bad news but made the effort to locate some alternatives. I showed up to my scheduled appointment and no one approached to help me even though I see several employees around, took about 15 minutes until someone came up to help.
